Handle and respond to commercial or informational inquiries. Maintain form security and prevent fraudulent use. With your consent, enable the chat widget.

4. Legal basis

Consent for the contact form and non-essential cookies. Legitimate interest in site security and responding to prior requests. Legal obligation where applicable.

5. Retention

Contact form data is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and, where applicable, maintain the professional relationship. Data is then blocked or deleted according to legal periods. Cookies are retained as described in the Cookie Policy.

We may share data with providers delivering necessary services: hosting (Piensa Solutions / Ionos), email, web maintenance and, if authorized, Botpress (chat). These providers act as processors with appropriate contractual safeguards.
